The Eightiest thing in the world...

I don't exactly remember this song on the radio, but they use to play this video on Nightflight sometimes. We used to mock it relentlessly.

It's terrifying. I need to know if that one kid with the sunglasses is supposed to represent rick ocasik, and if little brother is supposed to be trying to look like billy idol. I suppose the reason michael jackson is absent is because that is supposedly the big brother. I had completely forgotten just how bad this is. That dumb marquee that says 'moovees' and those cans that say 'beer.' There's something really obscene about the whole thing. I'd also like to know just what the hell is in that pink can he picks up.

It is probably the worst artifact of the 80's that I've witnessed.

It was on Nightflight? They used to run Yoko Ono's "Walking on Thin Ice" incessantly--at least it seems they did. Isn't it the last thing Mike Nesbitt did?

And yes--that is supposed to be Rick Ocasik, and your theory about Michael Jackson seems sound.

I like the first line of the song-straight out of an Ed Wood "moovee": "I got a little brother/ Younger than I."

I suppose this is to make sure that you know that his little brother is not a midget or something.
